Approach

We are all unique, and so, everyone has it's own personal path to healing. There isn't a single method working straight out of the box for everyone. That's why we'll customize our itinerary.


It all starts with trust. Do you feel comfortable enough with me as your coach? To allow

to open up in full and brave enough to look fear straight into the eye?


If we're both ok, we can start getting a overall picture of your health concerns: mental, as much as physical and environmental. The more refined a view, the clearer and more effective the pathway will be.   


Then we'll start working holistically on 3 equally important domains: trauma awareness, body and brain detoxification and changing behavioral patterns in lifestyle, food, personal relationships and living environment. For change to happen, you'll need to change something from within.  


We'll continue our work together, until we've reached a gratifying level of joy and self-reliance and created a hopeful perspective for yourself and your peers.
