Apart from lots of fresh oxygen, water, sunlight, movement and a good night sleep, eating healthy and nutritious foods is essential in recovering and maintaining your health. It means making small sacrifices and in return get a lot more energy, look more bright, lose (or win) weight and live longer and happier. Being healthy becomes a lifestyle when you're used to it and people around will notice for sure.

But what should we eat and what not? There is so much confusing and conflicting info around, that it is no wonder why most people don't know which direction to go and end up in a cycle of non-sustained experiments or just don't even bother to change anything at all and remain ignorant, carrying all consequences with them over the years.


There's no single diet that works best for all us. That's again the reason why everyone should adopt non-radical changes according to their current state and pace. Everyone should be convinced on why it's best for them to change a certain food habit, and by that initiate a true lifestyle switch that can change your outcome for good.

QUESTIONS

As part of our coaching trajectory, we will go over your daily food intake (including your hidden guilty pleasures) and explain why certain habits are or aren't beneficial for your health state at that specific time. We will then find a smooth way to make healthy changes without hurting your cravings and addictions too much. Unhealthy emotional responses to food are a symptom of severly disturbed metabolic functions, causing your body to send out persistent, desperate 'help' signals. When that's the case, we will also work on the blocking aspects of these emotional pains, often going back to unresolved trauma, that initiates the unhealthy coping behaviour.     

- What are carbs, proteins, or healthy fats,... and why does my body need them?

- How much should I eat of what, and when?

- What's the function of enzymes, amino-acids, minerals,... specifically?

- What's the difference between organic and industrial, processed foods?

- Could there be hormones or medicine traces in my tap water?
